Extremely poor service

This is my second bad experience with Snatcher. The one they short delivered the items I ordered from them (Order #326373). The second time they delivered the incorrect item (Order #371680). I am small business who lost customers based on the service I got from this company. I advise small business owners not to work with this company as they un-reliable. I am not struggling to ger a refund from them.
