Extremely horrible service by snatcher online shopping

I bought 2 airfryers which were on special, and wrong brand and color airfryers were delivered, now I tried calling them their phones are not going and I was redirected to email which they don't respond to, snatcher is a **** and ***** no one is responding to that time I spent R2378 which is alot money for goods that I don't want and to top it up the colors are horrible
