Extremely dissatisfied

Good day, I have no complaints with the ordering or delivery process, and with past orders, everything has been great. However this time round out of the 3 items ordered two of them do not work at all after charging the items with the USB Cables provided for more than 8 hours they just don't work. Namely the EMS Foot Massager and the Digital Therapy Machine despite reading the reviews of how fabulous these items were, but not so in my case. And with the returns processes it would cost me more to return the items and get a refund so not worth it at all this was extremely disappointing due to the fact that I was hoping these items would assist with pain management for a medical condition that I have.
