Extremely disappointing, my order was a total disgrace

Extremely disappointing, my order was a total disgrace. For R625.00 I only received pieces of sequince instead of what the description on your website stated. I want a refund. I will send the samples that you gave to me back, what must I do with that. I have a competition in a weeks time and I needed that sequince. I will rather order by another company and pay the extra. You really disappointed me.
