Extremely disappointing

If there was a Zero I would rate this company a Zero, Im still waiting on a reply for an order placed which was invoiced and only to be out of stock and can not be reordered. Therefore you have ****** my money and the two items that I did receive is damaged. The sad thing is I dont have the energy to keep fighting for my money so its a Sad Zero from me. Order number 248272
