Extremely Disappointed with Snatcher’s Lack of Communication and Service

I am writing this review out of sheer frustration with Snatcher’s shocking lack of communication and customer service. I returned a bicycle that was broken on the day I received it, yet there has been no feedback or resolution from the company. I have been in contact with an individual named Ismail, whose last communication was on the 19th of August and since then, I have heard absolutely nothing.

Despite several follow-ups, I have not received any update regarding the status of my return or any explanation for the delay. I have paid in full for this purchase and owe nothing, yet I am being kept in the dark about what should be a straightforward process.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and the complete disregard for customers’ time and money is deeply disappointing. If I do not receive a response and a resolution soon, I will be forced to escalate this issue further. I don’t advise anyone to shop with this company.
