Extremely disappointed

I'm extremely upset I ordered a product and paid for it and it's passed 10 days I enquired last week the agent sent me some ridiculous message about you guys were waiting for your supplier rnow when I check today it shows my order was canceled.. No contact or Ema has been made to me about this. I want answers!? What am I to now?!!! 😡😡😤
