EXTREMELY BAD SERVICER

I placed an order with Snatcher on December 2021 then nothing was said about my product until I enquired about it. Only then I was told that the product is not available that is after a long time in waiting for delivery. I was actually told that the order will be available in January it was out of order. Even then no communication received in this regard so I decided to place another order with the money paid already to this day no-one says anything yet Snatcher has my money in their possession from December 2021. I am extremely disappointed with the service of this company they are not reliable.
