Extremely bad service

I ordered something almost a month ago & only received partial order. Deliver is supposed to be 7 to 10 working days. They sent me an email asking me if I'd like a store credit or refund. I immediately sent them an email that I never want to buy at their company again id like an immediate refund but they keep sending me the same email asking the same question do I want a store credit or refund. I need my refund immediately what don't they understand. I would never recommend anyone ordering from these ppl. You pay R70 delivery & only receive one item pathetic & money making
