EXTREMELY BAD AFTER SALES SUPPORT

Snatcher is a site where they promise the world at cheap prices. I have always supported them in the past, however had a case where a faulty product had to be returned. The return was logged and due to website issues with photo uploads, I had to contact support via email to get the photos to them. After several promises of the replacement being ordered and shipped, I still have not received this after more than 2 months of complaining.

I contacted them again 10days ago, and they stated the system shows the replacement was shipped but it was never received and after a lot of promises they let me know that the replacement would reach me by latest end of last week.. Yet again, empty promises as another week has passed with no replacement received. Sales is good, but after sales support is one of THE WORST that I have ever seen.
