Excellent customer service after initial disappointment.

Initially I was quite upset with snatcher because of the delay and mess up in my order.

However, after I logged a complaint, the response and feedback I received by Linda Ndlovo was impressive. She immediately made amends to the problems and resolved them as soon as she could.

Her professional demeanor as well as responses were greatly appreciated and helped to resolve the negative views I initially had of snatcher.
