Excellent Customer Service

It was my 1st time buying from Snatcher, at first I was a bit skeptical but I had placed my order. It had arrived in good time. Sadly one of the items i purchased was not working. I sent a mail on Sunday to snatcher and on Monday i got a response from Linda Ndlovu. She was very helpful and had a new item shipped to me. Excellent service from Linda and good business ethics from Snatcher. Keep up the good work guys. Will definitely order again from Snatcher
