ENOUGH IS ENOUGH - NO PROFESSIONALISM AND EVEN LESS CUSTOMER SERVICE

You dont even deserve one star. I have been waiting for a refund since 7 July 2023 because you were unable to obtain one of the items that I ordered from you. You keep on sending me nonsensical emails which I am sure are pre-written and you just push a button and you keep on apologising for the inconvenience. I have requested either a phone call or a whatsapp several times but this has never happened. It has now reached a point where you dont even respond. I have reported you to the SA Consumer Board and they are investigating your company. Your professionalism and customer service is a complete disgrace. I am probably writing this review for nothing because I am sure that you do not even read them
