ENOUGH IS ENOUGH - NO PROFESSIONALISM

I ordered 3 items from snatcher on 12 June 2023. Two of the items are birthday gifts. The birthdays have come and gone and I had to disappoint a little girl who was looking forward to receiving her scooter. I have communicated with snatcher on numerous occasions re the delay in my receiving the order, They have the scooter in stock so I have asked them to send that and cancel the other items and give me a refund. I still have not had a response from them other than to say that they have ordered fast procurement of the other two items and will have feedback by the end of the week which is today. If I do not receive a response by means of a telephone call by midday today, I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Enough is Enough
