Empty promises and ridiculous service ever
I placed an order for a text book for my studies on the 16th May and they failed to deliver then I requested that they cancel the order and refund me because I was already behind with the module. To date I haven’t received my refund, I am writing exams on Monday the 26th August and I was hoping that they would have refunded me so that I can buy the text book elsewhere. I have been following up but they are not even bothered to respond. The lady by the name of Nelisiwe Ginya have been promising me that she will ensure that I get my refund but she just went AWOL.This company really needs to be reported. I am thinking of taking then to X-repo on moja love just to expose them.

21 Aug 2024, 18:43I have heard this before and to date nothing has been done. If you don’t process my refund by COB tomorrow then you will give me no choice but to come with the police at your offices in Honedew, you will give me cash because I will not leave without having my money.
