EMPTY PROMISES!!!!!!
When confront and put on Hello Peter they always promise that a consultant will contact you soon and reply that nothing can be seen on Hello Peter . IT IS ALL MJUST EMPTY PROMISES.......... They owe me monies for items they could not deliver, but the money doesn't seem to show on your bank account. When buying you have to pay immediately, but when it comes to refund.......... that is another problem.............

This time of year, you order in time for Christmas just to find out they are out of stock when you write to them and ask why your parcel take so long. Now you must order or buy from another institution, but you struggle to get refunded????
