Empty promises

So it's been today's not getting anything from this company which they promise me earlier this week and they told me everything is going to take 24-48 hours and it's been 3days now .....I need my refund or we will continue to engage on this platform.

If I don't get it today I will keep on coming to this platform because I have sent you guys number of emails and no one is bothering on calling me and explain the situation I have been waiting since and you phones are always not working...so if you are happy to talk here , I am too
