Earpad replacement for headset from Snatcher

After seeing mixed reviews on Snatcher I decided to order replacement earpads for my headset anyway. After ordering on the 5th of April, I got an email update on the 12th of April saying that my order has been fulfilled, this was worrying because on their website it had moved from 'Processing' and skipped shipping and straight to 'Fulfilled'. I then used the contact form on their website to enquire where my order was as there was no tracking number in the email (it was left blank). Dorothy from Snatcher rep**** the next day giving me a tracking number. I followed the tracking number on www.buffaloex.com and finally received my item on the 18th of April.

I am happy with the product and services provided when I contacted them.
