I had an encounter with Siphesihle Mntambo and Pamela Mkhize who confirmed that my refund will be processed within 7 days. After 5 weeks of no communication from their side and numerous follow ups still nothing for order (372742). On the 02/05/2024, Pamela confirmed that "We have escalated your refund to our accounts department and will ensure that your refund is processed timeously". So my question is how long does one have to wait to get their funds from SNATCHER.
