I always order from Snatcher and I have never had a problem with your products. But the gown I bought recently is absolute *******. It's so so summery. It's something to wear in Summer yet you advertise it in Winter. Ok so I called the delivery company to complain about the very rude driver that delivered my goods. I was told it would be dealt with. Till today nobody has phoned me. I'm very disappointed.
