Don't want to refund my money

I've been waiting 2 week for my refund. They keep on sending the same generated message "Kindly note that your refund is marked as urgent, we have escalated this to the relevant department for further assistance. We do apologize for this delay. I THINK SNATCHER IS *****ING MONEY!!!!
