Don't use their website, you will be disappointed. They sell things that are out of stock

I paid for something online in April only to receive an email a 3 weeks later that it was out of stock and would be refunded. Till to date, 23/10/2024 I still haven't received my refund after numerous follow ups and no feedback. Customer service is a joke! I want my money back, please pay back my money!
