DONT TRUST SNATCHER
Please do not order anything from Snatcher. They take the order and payment then tell you they do not have the stock and will refund you within 7 working days. 3 months later I still have not received my refunds. I have emailed and phoned them and nothing works. they cannot be trusted and ***** your money.

However, this gives me no comfort as I have received 2 emails previously from Snatcher representatives to say that my refund will be attended to as soon as possible. On calls to Snatcher, I have been told that the refund was being effected as I was speaking to him, and another representative told me she would sort it out by the end of the day. Another representative said I should give her 2 days to sort it out. So unfortunately it seems that Snatcher gives this type of standard response with no intention of keeping to their word. I have the dates and names of these representatives. So you will understand that I have NO faith in Snatcher.
However, I will wait to see and will continue to review Snatcher on various platforms exposing this behaviour and *******ion, until the refunds are made. Please note that a Snatcher representative has told me, that I will get full refunds for both orders due to the extreme delay in refunding me. I trust that this is followed through with and is not again hollow words.
Please reply and tell me when, by what date I can expect proof of the refund.
