Don't phone this company.

This is a follow up on the review of the Mini HD Camera I bought from Snatcher and had to return because it was faulty. It has been returned, and Snatcher has agreed to replace it with a new one. I asked them to send it during the week of the 27th of April, as I would be out of town and there would be no one at home to receive the parcel. They agreed to it, and to date, the 4th of May, I have had no response from them. Then comes the major gripe for this review: DO NOT PHONE THEM! I spent about 20 minutes on the phone on hold having to pay for the phone calls and not accomplishing anything. I tried again this morning phoning them, and the calls were answered immediately, but them the phone was put down in my ear before I could utter a word. Absolutely pathetic service from this company.
