Don’t order from them!

It’s been a month now with back and forth emails still no product… every time it’s an email which says please gives us 48 hour to investigate and we’ll get back to you, as of yet no feedback. I have proof where parcel ninja keep on telling them they did not receive the parcel, guess what still no feedback. They keep on asking them to provide tracking information, it’s like they are ignoring the fact that the parcel was never collected.

What the hell Snatcher why is it so difficult just to either send me a new product or give me a full refund?
