Don't order from Snatcher!

After reading that perfect dealz service was horrible and others had great experiences with Snatcher, I decided to give them a try. I placed my order on 09th May. Their delivery terms state 7 to 10 days but I have not yet received my order. I have emailed and asked for feedback and an ETA more than once, yet nothing has been forthcoming. Very disappointed.
