Don't do it 😮💨

I honestly think all the 5 star reviews has been planted by the company...

I understand the 10 day wait for delivery but I honestly don't get almost 2 months with minimal / generic communication

Forget requesting feedback online they rarely answer. When the do answer they are working from a selective answer system. They are very impersonal and my experience has been anything but good.

I've placed 2 orders, the one was paid 26 April 2023 and the other on 27 April 2023. I have received 1 item on the one order. After countless emails I've gotten a generic answer saying the item is out of stock but I can get the item in Yellow (not my preferred color but I accepted) fast forward another 3 weeks still no delivery and I don't get feedback

The other order (also -all items out of stock -seems like they sell things they don't have) after requesting credit to purchase something else I had to pay courier again but the amount available in credit was enough to cover everything. I told them I will not pay in again I have enough credit. They said they will manually place my order and I had to email them a screenshot of my cart. This was done and when I requested feedback again to find out about delivery a week later they never placed my order but I got feedback saying the items (original cart) is not available

This is just too frustrating, I would rather pay an extra couple of rand here and there than buy from snatcher again, purely due to the lack of communication and nothing in stock but advertised
