Don't buy something you might want to return

OK if you buy a straightforward item you know well. I received one item which was not exactly what I ordered but decided to keep it because it was cheap. Another item I wanted to return but was told I had to pay the return courier and forfeit 15% of the item price for "handling"...will stick with Takealot.
