Don't buy from this online store

The worst online store ever! I placed my order, it took 6 weeks to arrive, then when we opened the box it was the wrong item that was advertised. Then it took another 6 weeks for them to come and collect the item. They then said that we would get a full refund and i must send our banking details, which i promptly did. They said it would take up to 7 working days for us to receive our refund. Two weeks later we are still waiting for our refund. So now they have our money and their item. Disgusting!!!
