DON"T BUY FROM SNATCHER!!!! Utterly unacceptable, Legal action to be taken!!!

DON"T BUY FROM SNATCHER!!!! I've been waiting for a month and still haven't received my order, I've tried on multiple platforms to contact snatcher but no response, this is utterly unacceptable. Next steps will be to take legal action and the Media platforms!!!!
