Dont buy from Snatcher, they punish you if you return the product

I bought bathroom mats, they are such inferior quality. I wanted to retuen them but Snatcher wants to charge me 15% of the value as a 'punishment' for not wanting to keep the ******* they sent. Its not a delivery fee, uts a percentage of the value of the item. Keep away from these people, they dont operate in good faith.
