Don’t buy from Snatcher they are ****mers

It has been weeks now since I made a purchase @Snatcher and they have not delivered nor have they communicated,its so frustrating because when I contacted them they say they are out of stock and they are still awaiting stock from their supplier😡why didn’t they let me know of this when they realised they won’t be able to deliver in time
