Don't buy from Snatcher it is to good to be true

I bought a kids Setracker watch the product arrived but it is missing valid information like Registration code which enables it to bind to a smartphone which in turn will enable it to use features on the phone but without the QR code the smar****ch is unusable the seller couldn't resolve our problem now we are left with obsolete watch.
