Don't buy from Snatcher

I would give Snatcher a minus 5 if I could. I ordered products, they gave a firm delivery date. On the day, they tell me they are having supplier problems (no communication until I asked for delivery details). I tell them I ordered the items as gifts and wish to cancel the order. No response.

They come back a week later ****erally over 7 days past the promised delivery date) saying they are despatching. I tell them I still want a refund as I no longer need the items. They say if I want to cancel, it will cost me 15% of the order. THE SHEER AUDACITY! Then their courier never materialises, so no delivery anyway.

They specialise in radio silence when you ask questions they don't have answers for, and their phone line does not take calls. dafuq???

This company is unreliable, not credible, and *****ulent in their dealings with customers. Proceed with care.
