Don't buy from Snatcher else you will regret it

I made an order and paid for it on 29 April 2024, till date I haven't received the order or my money back. I have made contact to snatcher who gave whole lot of stories in which I requested for my order to be cancelled in which they did that very quickly. I was told to wait 7 days for my refund to be processed, 7 days has passed but still I haven't received my money back. When I send them emails now they ignore me.

I want to escalate this and report them. This time they messed with the wrong one.
