Don’t buy from snatcher bad service
I bought phones from them I wanted to cancel my order then was told they chat me 15% if I cancelled I got my phone which I thought it was Samsung phones but they are not I have asked to return them but no response, I can’t even sell these phones they are so bad

However , we are unable to assist you as you do not want to return the phones to us for us to resolve the query .
As per email communication , the agent has assisted you and explained the 15% deduction aswell.
We have also explained that as per your order , you did not purchase a branded phone.
