Don't buy from Snatcher

I placed my order on the 15th May to which they did not even process. I had to contact them in order to have my goods shipped, only to find out they don't have stock of one product I bought. They advised a refund and to date no refund was giving. Same story each time " it is been action by accounts". They dodge and will be taken up with my legal attorneys.
