Don’t buy from snatcher

Bought three items on the site and only received two and I was promised refund on the third item but no refund,even thought I was told it would reflect on my account within 7 days.but when I email the company regarding my refund they have no knowledge of such, which it’s confusing me how when I paid for three items but only refund two.
