DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM SNATCHER

I purchased an electric toothbrushing device from Snatcher which was delivered on the 3rd December. By Christmas it stopped working. No end of effort to get Snatcher to take responsibility and replace the faulty item has produced any result. The obfuscate with demands for every bit of evidence that I paid for and ordered the mechanism. They don't even take phone call as they obviously can't be bothered with customer service. Be warned NOT TO PURCHASE anything from SNATCHER as you will get absolutely no after service when it goes wrong. I am taking this to lawyers and the Consumer Protection association.
