dont advertise products I you can't fulfill the promise

hi all dealing with snatcher online pathetic service coz I ordered a bathroom mat set what is a bathroom mat set it's 1 bath mat & 1 for your pan I got delivery of 2 bath mats I enquired & a lady andile tells me it's a mistake should only be 1 mat for the price so I sent her a copy of order summary & the flipping woman never get back to me so I said its only R69 rand how can I put a white mat at the bath & burgundy 1 at my toilet pan ciz I do have a burgundy set this is not the 1st time this people did a **** up any I told her in an email that I'll put that mat in my dogs kennel & both is white bath mat & I told her to go fly a ****ing kite in the flipping rain ****ing I *********** idiots
