DONE!! GATVOL!
I love the products from Snatcher... BUT HELL, getting your delivery is a ****** nightmare. I currently have 2 orders The first was placed on 12 July, which should have been delivered today (according to their 7-10 working days), but it is still on processing after being promised it will be DISPATCHED today... What the hell?? My second order was placed on 17 July, and I shudder to think what I will do if it doesn't arrive by the LATEST 30 July...
I am a regular user of this site, and I am so tired of always having to follow up on my order and beg and plead for my parcels to be delivered.
And then they blame the riots, which I understand... but this is not the first time this has happened, this is now the 4th time.
Get your **** together Snatcher!
