***** and shady company with the worst service I ever experienced

********** service and I'm really disappointed, I've been more than patient and got in touch with customer service a day after my order was delivered as they sent me the incorrect color. I reached out to them initially on March 5 to this date everyone stops responding after the first message, no one has picked up the item or arranged for a replacement item and I'm stuck with a barbie pink mirror when I'm not a 5 year old. This is by far the worst company I have ever purchased from and will be letting everyone I know how this ****py and ***** company operates. All I wanted was a what I actually ordered. So they will send you the incorrect item and will not rectify it. Will be telling everyone to stay away and will be looking into how this company can be reported and should be closed so they can't ***** from people.
