Do they even care about customer service???

Did not receive all my items. Items I did receive were broken. All emails were ignored. The only time they spoke to me was when I phoned them, and still nothing would be done about my queries.

This is the second time something like this happened. The first time, I thought it was a mistake and the parcel got broken in transit. But I guess this is a regular thing for Snatcher.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM!
