Do these people even respond to emails?

I placed an order via PayJustNow. To date I haven’t received any order confirmation. R3265 is no joke. They say they have escalated the matter to their accounts department, but how long does it even take? Communication from these guys suck! I don’t want to end up paying monthly instalments for PayJustNow with no actual item.
