Do not use this company.

My experience with Snacher was terrible!!!

Firstly they said my order will be delivered Friday, Friday came and went and I never got my order, no phone call nothing.

Monday I received an email saying the delivery failed as no one was there to pick it up. I was home all day no one came to the house.

I tried to call them on Tuesday the lady that helped me new nothing about my order she said she will get someone to call me back and they never did. Later that evening I receive a call and it was from another customer of yours. She said she ordered from Snacher and received another parcel she tried to call you to come fetch it and drop it off by the correct person but no one got back to them. Luckily they saw my number and called me to come fetch it. She stays by tygervally and I stay by Okavango, how can you drop it off by the wrong person!!?

Another day passes and I get a few calls, but I was in a meeting and could not answer. I phoned back on the same number and another person answered saying she doesn’t know who called me. She will investigate and get them to call me back. Still waiting on that call.

I have my parcel, but still today no one can tell me what happened.

Worse experience ever!! Will not recommend
