Damaged goods to replace took 3 weeks to replace, only to replace the product STILL broken!!

Been waiting 9 weeks for my refund after countless follow up....you can't even call the company because the number has been disconnected for customers....emails only

This company is the the WORST!! THEY ENTICE YOU WITH COMPETITIVE PRICES TO EITHER TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR GOODS NOT TRUELY AVAILABLE OR PROVIDE YOU WITH BROKEN MERCHANDISE.
