Do not use Snatcher!

One of the worse online experiences ever- items was available to order, ordered it, they then cancelled my order with no cummunication. Only found out later that item was out of stock. Asked for a refund and they said up to 7 days. Its now been close to 21 working days and still have not received my refund, Don't know what to do anymore here... don't use them they have no cusomer service and just dont care.
