DO NOT USE - ****MERS

DO NOT USE! ****MERS!!!! I ordered identical gifts for my children, it is now past their delivery date, after requesting assistance on numerous occasions they keep telling me it's in progress but cannot give me any information of real value as to where my order is. Today I followed up to get the same message, when I demanded that they give me a solid answer they then responded "oops sorry we aren't able to fulfill your order" - I then proceed to request a refund and they want to charge me a 15% cancellation fee because they aren't able to complete my order. How can I give 3 children a gift and not the other 2. Absolutely shocking service. Totally unreliable and unhelpful. I would not recommend.

Follow up to the above: I received a response saying Snatcher would refund me without charging me the cancellation fee as it is their fault. Following the cancellation of my order they still delivered half of the products, which I cancelled, to me in error. Their mistake has cost me yet again because they promised to refund me within in 7 days, their mistake has now delayed the processing of my refund and their agents are no longer responding to my emails following up when my refund will be processed. It is 5 days short of a full month since I placed my order, They were unable to fill my order, wanted to penalize me for this which was a fight, still delivered the incomplete order to me after being cancelled, and now I am struggling to get my refund or a response out them.

From shocking to worse. DO NOT USE SNATCHER - THEY ARE TOTALLY UNRELIABLE ON EVERY FRONT.
