Do not trust

Terrible. Never again. Bought a item and when i got it it was the knock off of the original one advertised. I had to send photos and explanations and about a month later they informed me to send it back and that they will replace it with the correct original one as advertised. Only to hear later after enquiring when I can expect my item that they are not going to replace it but wants to give me store credit. Why did they say they have send me the correct item and it is on its way if they did not. Lying to their customers. I requested a refund, they will take 15% of my refund and give me the rest. Don't know when I will receive my refund.
