DO NOT SUPPORT/BUY

Absolutely horrible business practices and customer support. I ordered an item and then cancelled it as a day later I found it cheaper somewhere else. A 15% handling fee was to be charged after I requested a refund. Been waiting for about 7 days to get hold of someone to confirm when I will receive a refund, the last customer support agent - Tumelo - said he will get back to me in minutes. a few hours later I am still waiting.
